Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, size, and appearance may occur. These natural differences are part of the uniqueness of handmade products.

2. Product Use and Safety

Our bath and body products are intended for their labeled uses.

Always review ingredient information before use.
Discontinue use if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes unless the product is specifically intended for that area.
Keep products out of reach of children when appropriate.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before an online order is processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, with refunds issued for payments already collected.

4. All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene considerations and the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference or customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply when a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will comply with applicable requirements concerning delayed, lost, or undelivered orders.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where required.

6. Custom Orders and Party Favors

Customized products, wedding favors, event gifts, and special orders are prepared according to agreed specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying names, dates, spelling, colors, quantities, and other personalization details before approving production.

Once production begins, custom orders generally cannot be canceled or returned for change of mind.

If a customized product does not meet the agreed specifications or arrives defective, please contact us promptly.

All products are subject to availability.

Because our products are made in small batches, certain items may be temporarily unavailable.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and offer an appropriate replacement, cancellation, or refund, subject to customer approval and applicable law.
