Thank you for supporting our small, handcrafted business! Every product is thoughtfully made in small batches with care and attention to detail.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal-care nature of our handmade soaps, skincare products, bath products, and customized gifts, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot restock returned personal-care products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at herbalinfusedcreation@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any discretionary returns we approve.

If a return is required because of our error or a defective product, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Custom Orders & Party Favors

Customized party favors, personalized gifts, and special orders are final sale once production begins, except where otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
